Train The Trainer

The role of the trainer has significantly changed in recent years. The content and style of our workshops and follow-on coaching recognise the importance of:

  • a consistent and continuous focus by the trainer on the needs of the learner;
  • an exceptional growth in the number of line managers whose job role includes the need to train his/her staff;
  • trainers whose role includes classroom facilitation and training on I.T. systems and software.

Delegates on the train-the-trainer workshops are given many opportunities to:

  • understand the learning preferences and motivation of potential learners in the classroom and in coaching situations;
  • investigate their own style of training and match it to the needs of their own role;
  • understand, develop and practise the skills of facilitation needed in the classroom.
