Train The Trainer
The role of the trainer has significantly changed in recent years. The content and style of our workshops and follow-on coaching recognise the importance of:
- a consistent and continuous focus by the trainer on the needs of the learner;
- an exceptional growth in the number of line managers whose job role includes the need to train his/her staff;
- trainers whose role includes classroom facilitation and training on I.T. systems and software.
