These involve combinations of demanding staff, challenging clients, inter-connecting products and processes together with growing, possibly multi-national scenarios. New technologies demand that responses have to be more exact, meticulously planned and consistently implemented.
For many organisations the response to these situations has been an increasing reliance on teams and team leaders with all the components of effective leadership. Success is also directly associated with continuous improvement and learning.
We provide a selection of training workshops and the facilitation of team building events. If appropriate, we use a questionnaire based team/individual profile (TMS, Margerison-McCann) to identify personal styles for team members allowing the provision of individual feedback on team based behaviours.
